  • Billing Information: Subscription status and plan details (processed securely through Shopify Billing API)

2. Information You Provide

When using our App, you may provide:

  • Brand Information: Your brand name, website URL, and product categories
  • Competitor Information: Names of competitor brands you wish to track
  • Prompt Configurations: Custom search queries/prompts you want to monitor

3. Information We Generate

Through our tracking services, we collect and generate:

  • Visibility Data: AI platform responses to tracked prompts (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google Gemini)
  • Analytics Data: Visibility scores, rankings, and share of voice metrics
  • Source Classifications: Categorized citation sources (Editorial, UGC, Competitor, Corporate)

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide Services: Deliver AI visibility tracking, competitor analysis, and reporting features
  • Improve Our App: Analyze usage patterns to enhance functionality and user experience
  • Communicate: Send service-related notifications, updates, and support communications
  • Billing: Process subscriptions and payments through Shopify's secure billing system
  • Compliance: Meet legal obligations and enforce our terms of service

Data We Do NOT Collect

Agentic Shopper is committed to privacy-first principles:

  • No Customer Data: We do not access, collect, or process your store's customer information (names, emails, orders, etc.)
  • No Payment Card Data: All billing is handled exclusively through Shopify's secure billing infrastructure
  • No Private Conversations: We only analyze publicly available AI platform responses—never private user data

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party service providers to operate our platform:

  • Supabase: Secure database hosting and authentication
  • Fly.io: Cloud infrastructure hosting

These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to:

  • Comply with applicable laws or regulations

  • Your configuration data (brands, competitors, prompts) is retained for 30 days to allow for reinstallation
  • After 30 days, all associated data is permanently deleted from our systems
  • You may request immediate deletion by contacting us at the email below

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
